Processing time Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.

Packaging All original antique prints are packaged with great care. Prints up to A3 size are sent flat in rigid, reinforced hard-backed envelopes. Larger prints are sent rolled in a sturdy postal tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Domestic shipping (UK) Standard delivery: 2–5 business days. Tracked and signed-for options are available at checkout.

International shipping We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and local customs processing. Tracked international options are available at checkout.

Customs & import duties International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or damaged items If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
