Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of original antique prints from OldPrints4All.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please contact us before returning any item.

Condition of items All prints are original antique items and are sold as described. Minor age-related imperfections (foxing, toning, or slight creasing consistent with age) are inherent to antique prints and are not considered defects.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items Items that have been framed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
